Beginning in North Dakota with Tom, four Roel generations have held leadership posts in the company. From Tom to son Paul, onto his son Stephen, followed by Tom’s great grandson Kevin Elliott, the company thrived on traditions of family values and client satisfaction. Today, the ROEL philosophies continue through the leadership of chief executive officer Wayne Hickey, a 30 year construction industry veteran. Wayne has spent the past 15 years with the company and was named CEO in 2004. Kevin Elliott is President/COO and Craig Koehler is the firm’s CFO.
